Hi! I’m Phoenix, the Certified Birth Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, and Placenta Expert of Mother Moonstone Birth Services. When I was thirteen I had my first birth experience witnessing my mother give birth to my little brother. It was one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. I remember focusing on my mothers comfort and wanting to support her needs. In the past I have worked as a professional nanny forming an absolutely joyful bond with my nanny family. The last few years I’ve spent embarking on my own journey through matrescence. Even though I have always believed in the sacredness of childbirth and supporting mothers, my own journey has only deepened this belief. The birth of my son was the most transformative and powerful thing I have ever done. I would love for every woman to know the strength and power that they hold. For them to feel held and seen, heard and cared for. Our ability to birth new life is magical and should be treated a such. I’ve always enjoyed helping others, my enneagram is type 2: the helper. I am constantly in awe of Mother Earth and amazed by all the simple things around me. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
