Postpartum Doula
Caring for a newborn on top of all other daily tasks can be overwhelming. Let us help! As your postpartum doula, I provide emotional, (breast)feeding, and home support. Have questions about how you’ve been feeling postpartum? I provide a safe space for you to share honestly. Need some help doing the dishes that seem to keep piling up? I can help. Do you need 20 minutes, uninterrupted, to shower/selfcare? I can care for the baby while you do that. Keep your cup full while taking care of the household.
In home support of mother, baby, breastfeeding, siblings, home(cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc.), meal prep, organizing.
$200 | 8 hours of support
Additional hours can be added at a rate of $20/hr
Placenta Encapsulation
Increase your chances of a happier postpartum with placental support. For many years postpartum mothers have looked to their placentas for increased energy and milk supply, balancing of hormones and mood, and decreased occurrence of postpartum depression. It is recommended to book services at least two weeks prior to due date to ensure availability. Your health and safety is our priority. As a certified placenta specialist, food safety and preparation guidelines are followed as well as being OSHA blood-borne pathogen certified. Have a safe and happy postpartum.

The right class for your feeding goals. Take this course online in the comfort of your own home. Prepared Feeding goes beyond the basics including establishing first latch foundation, interventions, nipple and breast care, and healthy bottle feeding. This course is led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Meditations for Pregnancy and Birth
